FREE DELIVERY on the MYTHOS 6 x 8 GREENHOUSE from SILVER LINE!  This quality greenhouse features Twinwall polycarbonate glazing and a robust extruded aluminium frame supplied in an easy-to-assemble kit.  The MYTHOS 6 x 8 is especially suited to inland areas where temperatures can drop below zero, as the Twinwall glazing provides excellent thermal insulation.

The polycarbonate glazing is UV stabilised to protect against yellowing, and is virtually unbreakable. The construction of the Twinwall polycarbonate glazing is ideal for greenhouses. The ribbed configuration of the multi-walled sheets traps air within the sheet, providing outstanding thermal insulation and light transmission. Its impact strength is 200 times greater than glass and 8 times greater than acrylic, and it is 1/6th the weight of glass and 1/3rd the weight of acrylic. Compliant with most international standards for flame resistance, at very high temperatures the material melts but flames do not spread. It will not crack or split when cut, sawn or drilled. A solar grade co-extruded layer protects the sheets against yellowing and surface wear from extended UV exposure. It is 100% recyclable. Polycarbonate maintains its properties from -40° to 120° C.

The MYTHOS 6 x 8 GREENHOUSE is an ideal unit to begin hot house gardening with – compact enough to fit in most backyards yet roomy enough inside to allow for shelving or plant staging for a good number of plants.  The standard operable roof vent allows good control of temperature and humidity inside the greenhouse, and the high level light transmission through the Twinwall glazing is excellent for plant growth.
