Orders on express shipping make a maximum of 3 days and standard delivery can take up to 7 business days to be delivered.

Once your order is placed it will be processed and once its ready to be shipped you’ll received an Invoice for payment and order confirmation.

Yes. Once your order is placed you’ll receive an Invoice within 15 minutes to confirm your order.

Our payment information will be made available to you in the Order Invoice. Orders will only be sent out once the payment reflects on our side.

Once you receive a damaged item immediately signal it to us. You’ll get a new item or your full refund.

You can always change your order when it has not yet been dispatched.

All order have a tracking number to ease the follow up of your package to know when exactly it will arrive your location.
